The Palanca Chairperson is responsible for collecting Palanca offered throughout the diocese and forwarding it to Cursillo Weekends around the world.

Lay Director is responsible for the organization and methodology of the movement.

The Pre Cursillo Chairperson is responsible for handling and processing candidate applications.

The Communications Chairperson is responsible for publishing periodic newsletters and updates to the prayer chain.

The Secretary is responsible for recording the minutes of the Secretariat meetings and distributing them to the members.

The 3 Day Cursillo Chairperson is responsible for coordinating all and supplies for the Cursillo Weekends

The Leaders School Chairperson is responsible for organizing and running the School of Leaders.

The Treasurer is responsible for providing updated financial reports at each Secretariat meeting.

The Post Cursillo Chairperson is responsible for assisting in placing members in Friendship Groups as well as monitoring and assisting the creation and maintenance of Ultreyas.
